Jackson Pollock (1912–1956) is the artist who best expresses the worldview that is found in Process Theology, the Open View of God and Middle Knowledge. Pollock denied that the universe travels through time according to the predetermined plan of God. He hated the very idea that God had ordained whatsoever comes to past. He believed that the course of the universe was based on pure chance and contingency. Nothing has to happen because the future is not
